  We contaced Jimmy in late 2011 to replace our pool liner. He ordered the liner and started the job in May of 2012. The job still has not been completed. He has been paid in full. We are missing rope eyes, liner bead lock and also our skimmer cover that they threw out when taking out the old liner. He does not respond to texts or emails until he is good and ready. At this point, I am not sure if we will ever have it finished with a proper installation! My last email from him was July 23rd. It is now September 12th and he still has not responded! I will never use or recommend this company!
